    About International Strategy Team

     

    The International Strategy team is flexible, high-impact, and collaborative, working across various topics and geographies. We advise International Leadership and Market C-Suite teams on critical initiatives, developing strategic frameworks, supporting business development, leading special projects, and creating executive presentations. Our team directly impacts the development and success of a Fortune 1 global company.

    What you’ll do:

    + Lead research efforts, create in-depth insights, and develop business cases with clear priorities.

    + Build strategic growth plans across geographies and retail services.

    + Simplify complex challenges and develop practical solutions.

    + Drive cross-functional projects, identifying goals, success criteria, and resource requirements.

    + Collaborate with and influence partners across multiple geographies to achieve positive outcomes.

    What you’ll bring:

    + Master's degree in Business, International Business, Economics, Journalism, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related field.

    + 6+ years of experience leading strategy and finance teams.

    + 6+ years of experience leading high-impact projects, preferably within retail or related industries.

    + Relevant experience at a management consulting firm, investment firm, and/or strategy in a multinational company.

    + Ability to cultivate C-level and functional VP business relationships of impeccable trust and confidence.

    The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
