    Looking for a new opportunity as a Warehouse Associate? Join the SIMOS Team! We're currently hiring full-time, long-term Warehouse/Distribution positions in Adairsville, GA! Associates receive medical and dental benefits within the first 30 days, paid time off, and weekly paychecks! Pay is $15.69-$16.47/hour, plus incentives based on performance (per eligibility requirements). We also offer a $75 Referral Bonus, per eligibility requirements.

     

    Available Shifts: (Incentives are per eligibility requirements)

     

    + Night Shift B-Wed/Thurs 4:45pm- 5:45am, Fri 6:45pm-5:45am-$16.47/hr plus incentive based on performance

    + Night Shift A Mon/Tues 4:45pm-5:45am, Sun 6:45pm-5:45am-$16.47/hr plus incentive based on performance

    + Weekend Day shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6:00am-6:30pm-$15.69/hr plus incentive based on performance

    Pay Rate: $15.69 - $16.47 / hour

    Duties:

    + Load and unload trucks manually

    + Lift product, shrink wrap, and palletize pallets in a fast-paced environment

    + Ability to lift, handle, and carry boxes up to 75 pounds

    + Ability to carry, stand, walk, lift, stoop, bend, push, and pull

    + Stand on your feet for at least 10-12 hours, reach overhead, twist, turn, and squat throughout the shift

    + Maintain a safe and clean workspace throughout your shift, effective communication skills, and team work

    Position Requirements:

    + Ability to lift parts weighing up to 70 lbs. without powered equipment assistance

    + Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions

    + Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic

    + Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace

    + Ability to utilize personal protective equipment which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes

    + Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment

     

    Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 75 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

     

    Work Location: Lowes - Adairsville, Adairsville, GA 30103.

    The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $15.69 - $16.47 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
