Kelly Services, in collaboration with a leading company in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a **Maintenance Technician** in _Conyers, GA_ . This is a direct hire opportunity, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their benefit and vacation package upon hire!

Salary:

+ $60,000 - $74,000 (depending on experience)

Shift:

+ 1 st shift: Mon-Fri | 6:00am – 2:30pm

What You’ll Do

+ Perform installation, repair, and preventative maintenance on production equipment, tools, vehicles, and facility systems.

+ Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on equipment, powered industrial trucks, hoists, and vehicles.

+ Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and service manuals.

+ Operate hand tools, including electric and pneumatic tools, safely and effectively.

+ Conduct basic electrical and mechanical repairs (wiring, switches, mechanical components).

+ Perform basic fabrication and assembly using welding, plumbing, and electrical skills.

+ Execute routine preventive maintenance on machines and facility infrastructure.

+ Move, lift, and stage parts and equipment using forklifts and overhead hoists.

+ Maintain accurate electronic records including maintenance logs, checklists, and material tracking.

+ Support a clean and organized workspace by following 5S and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

+ High School Diploma preferred

+ 1–3 years of experience in an industrial maintenance role

+ Basic math skills and intermediate reading comprehension

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office tools

+ Skilled in safe operation of tools, equipment, and industrial trucks

+ Able to read technical diagrams and use measuring instruments

+ Experience with basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting

+ Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain industrial truck certifications
