The following position is to join our Enterprise Services team:
Enterprise Services Accounts Payable is seeking an Accounts Payable subject matter expert to act as our representative on key transformational and operational projects. This will include partnering across the Accounts Payable organization, project teams and our stakeholders to assist with driving projects to completion. The ideal candidate must have expertise working with Transcepta as we deploy the oneRTX tool (including training and onboarding of our suppliers) as well as other expertise in accounts payable processes and tools. An understanding of how the current accounts payable technology landscape supports the RTX enterprise will help the ideal candidate succeed in this role.
What You Will do
+ Support multiple transformation and improvement projects simultaneously
+ Partner and coordinate with teams of cross functional groups on various initiatives, especially with the Transcepta adoption across RTX
+ Collaborate with stakeholders, partners and internal customers to drive project completion
+ Create, implement, and manage change management plans, communications and training associated with accounts payable projects
+ Identify risks and mitigation strategies
+ Support / active participant in weekly project and leadership meetings
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ This position typically requires a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field and a minimum of 5 years or relevant experience or an Advance degree and 3 years of relevant experience.
+ At least 3 years’ experience with and knowledge of the Accounts Payable function, processes and tools gained in a large corporate setting.
+ At least 3 years’ experience with and knowledge of Transcepta, SAP, Oracle and/or JDE

+ Proven ability to drive process improvement
+ Experience and ability to coordinate with cross functional teams
+ Ability to identify process and tool inefficiencies and drive improvements
+ Must be a self-starter who can work well within various situations (from well-defined to unstructured) and proactively identify business improvement areas
+ Ability to interact at all levels in the organization
+ Ability to adapt to rapid changes and flexibility in adopting different areas of responsibilities as needed by the organization

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
