The GTF Repair Supply Chain organization is seeking a Customer Service Manager (P4) to manage customer relationships and repair execution for Time & Materials (T&M) across the PW1100G-JM, PW1500G, and PW1900G engine programs.
The T&M team is responsible for executing internal and external repair orders that support on-time engine inductions and component repairs. This role will work within our global network of operators, suppliers, and partners to ensure delivery of affordable, high-quality serviced material that meets our customers’ dynamic needs.
Our team fosters an internal environment that thrives on utilization of the RTX CORE operating system, while ensuring our GTF Network partners meet performance standards, capacity requirements, and success in their lean journey. Other responsibilities of the organization include driving customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, quality, and optimizing process flow for Pratt & Whitney programs.
It is essential for the selected candidate to build relationships with both our customers and our suppliers, enhance customer experience through flawless execution of our supply chain processes, and ensure adherence to our contractual and procedural requirements. The selected candidate should demonstrate an understanding of the RTX aerospace business and will play a key role in interfacing with internal and external stakeholders to lead, coordinate, and implement strategic supply chain management activities.
Previous experience in supply management, a working understanding of a multi-cultural/multi-national customer/supply base, and a deep understanding of both the internal and external business landscapes will be beneficial. Strong interpersonal, decision making, and communication skills required along with analytical and project management skills.
This position will be onsite in our East Hartford, Connecticut office.
What You Will Do:
+ Onboard and educate new GTF Operator Customers on repair requirements and capabilities.
+ Maintain the external GTF part repair catalog and communicating pricing / repair fees to Customers.
+ Oversee (2) Customer Service Representatives ensuring all required tasks are completed on-time and in compliance to our policies and procedures.
+ Ensure repair quote accuracy and approval documentation.
+ Create monthly repair billing recommendations based on contractual obligations.
+ Resolve customer pricing disputes / negotiations.
+ Provide oversight on customer service performance and delivery assurance.
+ Support fleet management for on-wing repair order execution.
+ Enforce compliance with all policies and procedures.
+ Host calls with Customers to address concerns and foster relationships.
+ Ability to travel up to 10%
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or a related degree and 8 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, fleet management, finance, or relevant experience; OR an Advanced Degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
+ U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62
+ SAP experience with a focus on sales order placement, quote placement, and invoice execution.
Qualifications We Prefer:
+ Ability to develop and foster positive working relationships with Customers and vendors.
+ Ability to complete all tasks independently, as well as in a team environment.
+ Detailed understanding of drop-ship supply chain processes, including worldwide logistics management and incoterms.
+ Ability to effectively communicate across multi-cultural/multi-national customers and supply base.
+ Ability to interpret and execute customer contracts
+ Aerospace product knowledge (manufacturing techniques, quality requirements).
+ Certification in lean manufacturing principles (RTX CORE apprentice or equivalent) and willingness to lead process improvement projects across the Aftermarket Repair Supply Chain organization.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc)

This role is:
**Onsite:** Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
