Baystate Health, western Massachusetts’s premier healthcare provider, and home to Baystate Medical Center (BMC), a Magnet Hospital for Nursing Excellence seeks a Full Time Registered Nurse Clinical Education Coordinator.
The Clinical Education Coordinator is an RN with a talent for teaching and engaging with staff to advance staff knowledge and proficiency in clinical practice. The Clinical Education Coordinator supports the implementation of Nursing care delivery to meet practice and compliance standards. The strategic goals of the organization are a guide for the Clinical Education Coordinator’s priorities and goals. Collaborates with inter-professional teams, leaders, stakeholders and others to accomplish positive clinical and educational outcomes.

SCHEDULE:
+ Hours are 3p-1a
+ 40 hours per week
QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Associate's degree or higher, must have one earned degree in Nursing
+ Bachelor's degree preferred
+ RN Massachusetts (required)
+ CPR-American Heart Association-BLS for the Healthcare Provider (required)
+ Two years of critical care nursing experience
+ Experience teaching/precepting individuals or groups of students or staff
