Compensation:

Various roles on the line pay a different rate but they will start at $17/HR

What You'll Do:

+ Assemble mattresses or mattress components using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and industrial equipment.

+ Read and follow production orders, blueprints, or verbal instructions to meet customer specifications.

+ Inspect parts and finished products for defects or quality issues.

+ Move raw materials and finished products manually or using equipment such as pallet jacks or conveyors.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

+ Meet daily production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.

+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding issues or process improvements.

+ Adhere to all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.

+ Assist with other duties in the plant as needed.

How You'll Do It:

+ Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for 8–10 hours per shift.

+ Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 120 lbs with assistance (team lifting required).

+ Must be comfortable working in a high-noise, fast-paced environment.

+ Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions in English.

+ Must demonstrate attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and strong teamwork.

What You'll Bring

+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

+ Prior experience in manufacturing, general labor, or assembly is a plus, but not required.

+ Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
