Extraordinary Projects need Exceptional Talent

As a Class A CDL Driver at Lunda Construction, you will be responsible for hauling materials and equipment to support our construction operations in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

+ Fully understand how to operate and safely drive your assigned vehicle

+ Drive vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) over 26,000 lbs

+ Ensure contents are properly secured in a tractor trailer, truck, and flatbed

+ Assist with deliveries that are needed at job sites with tractor trailer

+ Assist yard operators in daily operations of loading and unloading trucks

+ Assist with daily yard duties as needed

+ Must meet established production standards and work in accordance with company policies & Federal/State Laws

+ Comply with DOT rules and regulations

+ Understand company safety program and participates in safety inspections

Qualifications** **:

+ Must be able to work in a team environment or independently

+ Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) required

+ Forklift, loader, and equipment experience a plus

+ Tanker endorsement is a plus

+ Flatbed experience

+ Ability to continuously stand or walk

+ Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequently

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

+ Ability to work overtime, as needed

+ Ability to haul oversize loads
