    Job Description:

    If you’re looking to take your career to the next level and to be a part of an amazing team and company, Parsons is now hiring for a **Senior Bridge Engineer** to join our **Nashville, Tennessee** team to support our rapidly expanding portfolio of major area projects!

     

    While the position would initially be remote, candidates must be based near Nashville, Tennessee.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    + Perform **conventional and moderately complex bridge engineering** tasks and particularly important engineering work efficiently and accurately.

    + May be assigned to a project or organizational team, or as a lead engineer for a specific discipline on a small to intermediate-size project.

    + Provides input and technical guidance to CAD Designer/Drafters, Designers, and lower-level Engineers working on the same project.

    + Commitment to quality and continuous improvement through innovation, creative thinking and improved results.

    + Establish and maintain cooperative and productive relationships with all employees, clients and other stakeholders.

    What Qualifications You'll Bring:

    + **8 years or more of related work experience with bridge engineering design**

    + **BS in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis is required**

    + **MS in Structural Engineering is desirable**

    + **PE licensure is highly preferred**

    + Excellent oral and written communication skills

    + Proficient knowledge of MS Office and **Microstation or AutoCAD**

    + Comprehensive knowledge of industry standard and specialty bridge design and analysis software

    Salary Range: $86,700.00 - $151,700.00
