    Job Description

    Summary:

    To assist patients in the settlement of their accounts, explain charges and answer questions, receive and process vouchers/payments/adjustments and balance daily cash.

    Responsibilities:

    High school diploma or equivalent with some knowledge of office equipment and procedures.

    Experience

    Other information:

    Strong math aptitude and accuracy with numbers. Proficient in calculator use. Good communication skills.
