    Job Description:

    Parsons is looking for a talented **Aviation Field Project Manager** to join our team! In this role you will get to **be a part of improving the Honolulu Airport** .

    What You'll Be Doing:

    + Be part of a small team responsible for the successful execution of a large airfield CIP program that spans across all 15 state airports

    + Lead/manage/support (depending on experience) portfolio of airfield projects through design, construction and closeout phases

    + Coordinate project interaction with a variety of airport stakeholders including FAA, airlines, and other government agencies

    + Lead/manage/support (depending on experience) a multi-disciplinary team (e.g., designers of record, construction managers, planners)

    + Guide project and team through HDOT policies and procedures

    + Review and provide guidance on variety of design and construction topics including change orders, field orders, delay claims, quality issues, construction phasing, invoices, etc.

    + Review and provide comments for interagency agreements (e.g. FAA reimbursable agreements)

    + Evaluate/monitor/track permitting status

    + Support airfield section lead through the pre-bid phase (e.g. developing addendums)

    + Applicant will need be able to obtain an air operations area (AOA) Badge and movement area license for access to the airfield.

    Salary Range: $108,700.00 - $190,200.00
