Job Summary
Kedrion Biopharma’s internship program offers students the opportunity to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Interns will work on department-specific projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to initiatives that support Kedrion’s mission of delivering critical therapies to patients worldwide. This internship is designed to develop future talent and provide insight into a career in biotech, pharma, commercial operations, or healthcare services.
Job Description
Key responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
+ Contribute to meaningful business projects that align with Kedrion’s operational and strategic goals
+ Support data entry, tracking, and analysis related to company programs, operations, or performance metrics
+ Assist in creating and editing professional documents, reports, presentations, or training materials
+ Conduct research, summarize findings, and offer recommendations on assigned topics
+ Help coordinate meetings, events, or outreach efforts—both internal and external
+ Support administrative and operational processes such as documentation, compliance, or scheduling
+ Assist with performance dashboards, financial tracking, or budget reconciliation tasks
+ Contribute to internal communication efforts including newsletters, announcements, or leadership updates
+ Participate in cross-functional collaboration to understand the broader organization
+ Work on assigned tasks with clear deadlines, managing priorities and reporting progress regularly
+ Engage in project planning, team updates, and problem-solving discussions
+ Prepare visual or written summaries of data, processes, or initiatives for internal use
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, leadership, and other interns
+ Build professional relationships through networking events, mentorship activities, and team interactions
+ Present a final summary of your internship work, learning experience, and key takeaways to key stakeholders
Qualifications and Requirements
+ Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, business, marketing, healthcare, engineering, data science, etc.)
+ Demonstrated interest in healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or commercial operations
+ Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
+ Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite; additional tools may vary by placement
+ Ability to work independently and take initiative on assigned tasks
+ Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn in a regulated, mission-driven environment
