The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for leading and executing continuous improvement initiatives across the Ontario Distribution Center. This role champions Lean methodologies, drives operational excellence, and ensures the successful implementation of new systems and processes. The manager will collaborate cross-functionally to enhance efficiency, safety, and team engagement in a highly automated warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead and manage continuous improvement (CI) initiatives using Lean tools and methodologies.
+ Oversee implementation of new systems and processes in collaboration with Engineering and Operations.
+ Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in partnership with Safety, Engineering, and Operations.
+ Train and coach team members on CI practices and tools; serve as site CI Champion.
+ Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities.
+ Foster a culture of safety, engagement, and accountability across all functional areas.
+ Support sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Maintenance, and Safety to drive performance.
+ Manage staffing needs, training, and performance development for assigned teams.
Qualifications
+ **Education:** High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
+ **Experience:** 4–6+ years in warehouse/distribution operations with at least 1 year in a supervisory or CI role.
+ **Certifications:** Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Scrum Master certification is a plus.
+ **Technical Skills:**
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and WMS (e.g., PkMS)
+ Experience with RF, MHE technologies, and Power BI
+ Working knowledge of OSHA regulations
+ **Language:** Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

+ Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.

Hiring Range** **:
$69,520.00 USD - $86,900.00 USD annually
**Incentive Potential** : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
