    **Senior Sales Enablement Specialist - Expected salary range of $106,200 to $118,000** , varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

    **Principal, Sales Enablement - Expected salary range of $125,100 to $139,000** , varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

     

    PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION -** **_Senior Sales Enablement Specialist_

     

    The Sales Enablement Specialist plays an important role in supporting sales professionals with the skills, tools, and knowledge they need to achieve their goals and meet customer expectations. This position assists in the implementation of learning and skill-building solutions for Retail Sales. Through regular assessments and collaboration with the Sales organization, the Sales Enablement Specialist helps identify and address current skill and knowledge gaps while supporting future requirements. Success in this role is measured by its contribution to business objectives.

     

    Collaboration with multiple teams across the organization is important to this role. By building strong partnerships with various departments, the Sales Enablement Specialist helps ensure that learning solutions are effectively implemented and adopted, contributing to performance improvement and business growth.

     

    PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION -** **_Principal, Sales Enablement_

     

    The Principal, Sales Enablement plays a crucial role in empowering sales professionals with the skills, tools, and knowledge they need to achieve their goals and exceed customer expectations. This position is responsible for supporting the implementation of comprehensive learning and skill building solutions for all Retail Sales. Through ongoing assessments and collaboration with the Sales organization, the Principal, Sales Enablement identifies and addresses current skill and knowledge gaps while anticipating future requirements. Success in this role is measured by its direct impact on long-term business objectives.

     

    Collaboration is key in this role, as it involves working closely with multiple teams across the organization to ensure alignment and integration of sales enablement initiatives. By fostering strong partnerships with various departments, the Principal, Sales Enablement ensures that learning solutions are effectively implemented and adopted, driving performance improvement and business growth.

    PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES -** **_Senior Sales Enablement Specialist_

    + Business Support and Reporting: Assist in providing summaries of training program success to Sales leadership and team members, focusing on measuring key metrics and outcomes.

    + Sales Enablement Tools: Aid in the implementation and support of sales enablement tools, including generative AI tools, and encourage their adoption to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

    + Sales Processes and Analytics: Understand sales processes and utilize analytics to map processes and identify areas for improvement. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.

    + Learning Program Assistance: Help in the development and delivery of learning programs that enable sales professionals to acquire product and service knowledge and effectively demonstrate these products to customers.

    + Change Management Support: Apply change management practices to Learning and Development programs to facilitate smooth transitions and effective adoption of new processes, tools, and initiatives within the sales organization.

    + Ongoing Development & Trends: Stay informed of current trends within the Learning & Development field, adopting new approaches and delivery channels as appropriate.

    + Learning Needs Prioritization: Help to gather the information and metrics needed to prioritize learning needs.

    PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES -** **_Principal, Sales Enablement_

    + Serve as a business consultant to Sales leadership and team members, providing executive summaries of program success related to delivered training

    + Prioritize learning needs to balance short- and long-term goals, resource constraints, and anticipated business impact

    + Support the implementation of sales enablement tools, including generative ai tools, and drive the adoption of these tools across the sales organization to enhance productivity and effectiveness

    + Design, develop, and deliver learning programs that enable sales professionals to quickly acquire product and service knowledge, and effectively demonstrate these products to customers

    + Incorporate change management best practices and frameworks into Learning and Development programs to ensure smooth transitions and effective adoption of new processes, tools, and initiatives within the sales organization

    + Benchmark initiatives and programs against best practices, stay informed of current trends within the Learning & Development field, and adopt new approaches and delivery channels as appropriate

    + Maintain and create content for self-paced training via online learning management system for the sales training team and sales professionals

    + Foster a coaching culture and promote a learning environment throughout the sales organization. Utilize various instructional approaches and delivery platforms to drive performance improvement and strong business results. Support a retail sales learning strategy for all segments of the sales force, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and sales targets

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS -** **_Senior Sales Enablement Specialist_

    + Degree from a 4-year program and 3-5-years experience, in lieu of degree 7-9-years experience

    + Experience designing computer based training modules and knowledge of eLearning software applications such as Articulate

    + Experience in successfully designing, developing, delivering and improving high quality learning solutions

    + Ability to manage, motivate, mentor, train, and coach individuals and teams to maximize performance

    + Proven ability to influence, build alignment and partner across the organization and executives

    + 5-years experience in the power and gas industry

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS -** **_Principal, Sales Enablement_

    + Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience, or 12 years of experience in lieu of the degree

    + Experience designing computer based training modules and knowledge of eLearning software applications such as Articulate

    + Experience in successfully designing, developing, delivering and improving high quality learning solutions

    + Ability to manage, motivate, mentor, train, and coach individuals and teams to maximize performance

    + Proven ability to influence, build alignment and partner across the organization and executives

    + 5-years experience in the power and gas industry

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -** **_Senior Sales Enablement Specialist_

    + 2-years experience selling or, in a sales support or customer facing role

    + 2-years experience successfully designing, developing and improving high-quality sales skill training in a retail sales organization

    + Knowledge of change management and experience with successfully implementing and leading change initiatives

    + Familiarity with generative ai tools

    + Ability to multitask and work with teams and independently in a fast paced, dynamic environment, under deadline pressure with external and internal partners at all levels to deliver results

    + Analytical skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, problem solving and independent decision making

    + Elevated knowledge in Excel (creating and using pivot tables, macros, and vlookups) and MS Office Suite experience.

    + Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors, colleagues, and customers

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -** **_Principal, Sales Enablement_

    + 3-years experience selling or, managing a sales team

    + 4-years experience successfully designing, developing and improving high-quality sales skill training in a retail sales organization

    + Knowledge of change management and experience with successfully implementing and leading change initiatives

    + Experience in the implementation of leadership training

    + Ability to multitask and work with teams and independently in a fast paced, dynamic environment, under deadline pressure with external and internal partners at all levels to deliver results

    + Analytical skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, problem solving and independent decision making
