    DESCRIPTION

    Assist Regional Practice Manager in managing the daily operations of the practice. Coordinate and manage front end patient care and operations with PAR and MA staff in conjunction with Clinical Liaisons and providers. Support staff and providers as needed. Assist in evaluating staff performance and providing feedback. Manage team and provider schedules. Perform PAR and MA duties when called upon. Interact professionally and appropriately in providing direction for all team members.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Complete Health Services schedule (final approval by Regional Practice Manager).

    + Manage staffing for clinics (call outs, staffing to volume).

    + Order clinic supplies.

    + Supervise Clinic Coordinators.

    + Communicate regularly with the Office Manager to facilitate clinic flow, staffing needs, areas for improved efficiency.

    + Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers through prompt response and courteous communication.

    + Communicate and model AIDET.

    + Coordinate patient care with other departments or physician offices.

    + Prompt response to all patient or other treatment provider concerns.

    + Interact professionally and appropriately in providing direction for all team members.

    + 30, 60, 90 day reviews for new staff.

    + Advise Regional Practice Manager on trends, assist in action planning, and resolution activities as directed by Regional Practice Manager.

    + Prepare Regional Practice Manager Scorecards to be shared with Vice President of Operations in bi-weekly manager meetings.

    Skills:

    + Must be able to demonstrate effective leadership skills.

    + Must demonstrate effective communication skills by conveying necessary information accurately, listening effectively and asking questions when clarification is needed.

    + Must be able to set goals and prioritize to plan and organize work effectively and ensure its timely completion.

    + Expected to represent the organization professionally at all times.

    + Must be able to demonstrate initiative, strives to continually improve processes and relationships.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Education and Experience:

    + Bachelor’s Degree preferred and/or

    + 2-3 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

    + RN License preferred
