    About the Role:

    We are seeking a motivated and creative Brand Associate to help support and grow our brand presence across global markets. Reporting to Vice President, Brand Marketing, this role will lead brand project management and assist in executing brand strategies, coordinating campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with a passion for marketing, strong organizational skills, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in brand marketing while working alongside experienced professionals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead brand programming and campaign management to ensure cohesive execution and alignment with brand objectives.

    + Support cross-functional teams, including advertising, channel marketing, content, digital marketing, product, and communications, to ensure brand consistency.

    + Help coordinate with the NB Events team to enhance brand experiences for client and prospect events.

    + Collaborate with the team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital, social, and offline channels.

    + Work closely with the digital marketing team to align brand campaigns with broader marketing strategies.

    + Assist in creating content that reflects the brand’s identity and engages target audiences.

    + Provide support in managing external agency partners, including processing invoices, tracking project plans, and ensuring smooth communication.

    + Partner with the advertising, social media and digital marketing team to help execute social media strategies that amplify brand messaging.

    + Contribute to content planning and ensure assets align with brand goals.

    + Assist in gathering data and analytics to measure the success of branding initiatives.

    + Work closely with digital marketing, product, and regional teams to ensure alignment on brand storytelling and audience engagement, analyzing campaign results and identify areas for optimization.

    + Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity to provide fresh ideas for the brand team.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

    + 1-3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or a related field. Experience in Financial Services a plus.

    + Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen interest in brand marketing and digital collaboration.

    + Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

    + Analytical mindset with an eagerness to learn from data and campaign results.

    + Strong strategic and commercial writing skills a must.

    Compensation Details

     

    The salary range for this role is $75,000-$95,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance and other benefits to eligible employees.
