The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. Sr. Analyst Consumer Savings Product Management
The Consumer Banking Organization’s mission is to become essential to Members lives by providing Everyday Banking products with unparalleled value, service, and convenience while also serving as a key source of funding for the Company.
The Senior Analyst, Savings Product Management, will be an essential part of the team responsible for ongoing management and evolution of our Savings HYSA and CD product customer experience, with a particular focus on supporting strategies to drive both adoption (acquisition) and sustained engagement. This is a highly cross-functional role, and this person will play a key role by collaborating with a diverse set of partner teams to impact how we market to customers and what is displayed throughout the end-to-end customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
+ Partner cross-functionally to support the continued evolution of our customer acquisition and loyalty strategy, including development, management, and launch of key marketing campaigns, incentive offers, SEO strategy, and marketing capabilities
+ Manage product toolkit, as well as product Claims and FAQs
+ Maintain website content using OneCMS, the Enterprise content management system
+ Support product research agenda, including deriving insights from external environment and competitive set
+ Develop strong cross-functional relationships with key partners including Marketing, Product Development, Analytics, Legal, Risk & Compliance, Finance and Technology
+ Oversee annual team budget, including ownership and maintenance of tracker document, monthly updates to leadership, and partnership with key collaborators to ensure timely processing of invoices
Minimum Qualifications
+ Resourceful, positive “roll-up your sleeves” attitude with analytical and creative problem-solving approach
+ Ability to project manage effectively in the face of ambiguity, multiple priorities, and a fast-paced environment
+ Solution-oriented, strategic thinker with attention to detail
+ Team player with strong interpersonal, leadership and influencing skills and the ability to work with partners across different functions and communicate with all levels of colleagues
+ Intellectual curiosity around Banking and Fintech space
+ 2-3 years of professional experience
Qualifications
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
