    Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. (HYMH), a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented **Aftersales, Parts Marketing Analyst** located in **Greenville, NC** .

     

    In this role, you will play a key part in developing and managing HYMH’s parts and accessory business. This position focuses on creating sales and marketing content to support the dealer and HYMH sales organizations, building supplier relationships, and overall making it easy to do business with HYMH’s Aftersales Programs.

    What you will do:

    + **Sales Support:** A major aspect of this position is to provide customer and sales support for HYMH sales teams and dealer network which will require you to be the subject matter expert on assigned suppliers and products. You will be the first responder for dealers and internal customer requests.

    + **Design Sales Enablement Materials:** You will develop product marketing strategies in the form of campaign development. You will work closely with Aftersales Communications and eCommerce team to develop both wholesale and retail facing campaign assets and consult on selection of communications channel of these assets. You will provide the necessary marketing and sales support for the growth, conversion, or retention of the parts and accessories portfolio via traditional dealer sales channels as well as developing digital sales channels.

    + **Results-Oriented Professional:** You will support the Aftersales parts and accessories financial health by driving at determined sales and margin goals and utilize analytics to support understanding of competitive market space, price position, and assigned products health with the goal of increasing purchase and retention within the dealer organization. As a functional member of the Aftersales team, you will play an integral role in uncovering individual dealer and customer obstacles in growing parts and accessories, and converting business through HYMH which includes training, analytics, and parts support opportunities.

    + **Drive Process Improvement:** You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps in the sales enablement process and recommend solutions to drive efficiencies and support sales goals. You will create an atmosphere in which dealers and sales teams find it easy to do business with HYMH Aftersales. You will furnish the sales and marketing teams with actionable intelligence that can be used for strategy development and decision-making. The workload and activity level are high, and this position is required to find more efficient methods of accomplishing tasks.

    + **Supplier Relationship Development:** You will support and manage supplier relationships by using sales opportunity data, effective probing, and relationship building skills to identify challenges in growing, converting, or retaining parts and accessories business. You will help ensure suppliers are meeting the expectations of our dealer network and end users. You will develop and maintain supplier information on the Dealer Portal and part attributes in Product Information Management (PIM) system for ingestion into eCommerce.

    What you will need:

    + **Education:** bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related required

    + **Experience:** Three to five years of relevant business experience

    + **Business Acumen:** Experience developing and executing learning and communication strategies that support business growth and profitability. A working knowledge of the industrial truck Aftersales marketplace, competition, and Hyster and Yale distribution systems is required.

    Skills, Experience, & Abilities you will need:

    + **Technical Proficiency:** Proficiency in Microsoft Suite with strength in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word along with familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI.

    + **Analytical Skills:** Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate suppliers and products effectiveness.

    + **Industry Expertise:** Understanding of the lift truck industry, truck applications, dealer operations, and sales and service management.

    + **Communication Skills:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and present to stakeholders at all levels. The approaches, procedures, and networking of this position are very unstructured and require excellent interpersonal skills and communication capability.

    + **Collaboration:** Ability to work effectively with sales, product management, communications, and training teams to deliver high-impact enablement materials.

    + **Leadership & Team Management:** Ability to inspire, guide, and motivate cross-functional teams.
