Our client, a dynamic leader in the industry, is seeking a Contingent Labor Program Specialist to join their team. As a Contingent Labor Program Specialist, you will be part of the operational team supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
+ Execute day-to-day operational tasks related to the engagement of the contingent labor workforce.
+ Engage with business stakeholders and interface with direct sourcing teams and vendors to support contingent labor needs.
+ Ensure workflow and documentation are executed - identify, track, and manage issues, risks, and action items.
+ Guide engagement teams and managers in the process of requisitioning contractors.
+ Coordinate all contractor onboarding and offboarding with detailed and clear communication to managers, vendors, IT, and other internal departments.
What's Needed?
+ Minimum 5 years of highly detailed vendor and/or contractor management experience.
+ Experience in a highly matrixed, enterprise-level organization.
+ Prior experience working with VMS related systems, with Beeline experience being required.
+ Ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels of the organization, especially top leadership.
+ Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
