    Our client, a leading provider in the commercial services sector, is seeking a Contract Management Practitioner to join their team. As a Contract Management Practitioner, you will be part of the Contract Management department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Contract Management Practitioner

    **Location:** Philadelphia, PA

     

    Pay Range: $40/hr on w2

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Support contract management teams across projects and accounts; work with account leadership, client commercial and business stakeholders to understand and support client needs and priorities.

    + Identify, escalate, and resolve commercial and contract risks and issues, ensuring the best outcome for all parties involved.

    + Engage in pre-award sales activities, providing contract drafting support and collaborating with delivery teams on potential deal shaping.

    + Build trusted relationships with client counterparts, demonstrating a client-facing approach in all interactions.

    + Work effectively across multiple projects, accounts, and geographies, embracing cross-cultural collaboration.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's degree required.

    + Minimum of 2 years post-graduation work experience in a professional capacity.

    + Membership in the International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM) or National Contract Management Association (NCMA) is a plus.

    + Ability to work collaboratively with executives and non-executives alike.

    + Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
