Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Service Operations Technician 2 - Second Shift to join their team. As a Service Operations Technician, you will be part of the Service Operations department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Service Operations Technician 2 - Second Shift

**Location:** Peachtree Corners, GA

**Payrate:** $24/hr

**Annual Pay:** $49,920.00

What's the Job?

+ Analyze wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly drawings to conduct repairs and testing of field replaceable units (FRUs).

+ Perform repairs and testing of complex electro-mechanical assemblies according to applicable work instructions.

+ Communicate the status of repairs with leads, supervisors, and other departments as necessary.

+ Conduct quality inspections of work to ensure adherence to workmanship standards.

+ Initiate material requests and report quality issues to maintain traceability.

What's Needed?

+ Minimum high school diploma; AA or equivalent preferred with 1-2 years of related experience or training.

+ Ability to read, write, and understand English, including complex instructions and correspondence.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP ERP System.

+ Excellent organizational skills and acute attention to detail.

+ Ability to work in a team environment and complete training courses.
