Job Description

A client in the Huntsville AL area is seeking two ERP System Administrators for a full-time opportunity. The individual will be responsible for maintaining the customer service-related global IT system. This role requires advanced expertise in systems and process design, software implementation, and maintenance. Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, interacting with users, and coordinating with HQ developers in alignment with standard policies. The role involves analyzing business requirements, developing and obtaining approval for requirements documentation, and maintaining local system interfaces with the global system. Additionally, the individual will manage communication with IT or business partners, follow up on daily issues within the global LG IT system, and execute IT project management tasks, including scheduling, requirements, cost and profit management, risk and issue management, and ensuring system quality.

Skills and Requirements

4+ years of ERP SI/SM experience

3+ years of Project management

Bilingual in Korean and English

Must have a US Passport and be comfortable with international travel Oracle/SAP ERP experience preferred null
