Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Real Property Agent to join one of our local clients. The Sr. Real Property Agent will be responsible for all aspects of land acquisition and project management for assigned projects including coordination of the legal, engineering, appraisal, and negotiations aspects as needed. Attendance at public meetings is required. Other responsibilities include accurately estimating compensation for acquisition of land, rights, hiring fee appraisers, reviewing appraisals, negotiating with property owners, providing guidance on development of real estate, prepares legally accepted contracts, agreements, deeds, leases, etc for acquisition or disposal of real property, and conducting final closing and settlement of real property.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience with land acquisitions for infrastructure

Experience working on projects for State/Local/Federal property

Direct right of way acquisition experience Associates or bachelors degree

Real estate license in VA

Bilingual null
