Our client, a leader in facilities maintenance, is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Worker - Facilities to join their team. As a Preventative Maintenance Worker, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting the upkeep and functionality of various facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Preventative Maintenance Worker - Facilities

**Location:** Jacksonville, FL

**Pay Range:** Competitive based on skills

What's the Job?

+ Perform oil and filter changes on equipment such as air compressors, lawn mowers, and HVAC systems.

+ Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the carwash and surrounding facilities.

+ Conduct routine maintenance tasks including changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and repairing leaks.

+ Troubleshoot and repair building systems such as HVAC and plumbing.

+ Perform minor landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming shrubs, and trash removal.

What's Needed?

+ Ability to work independently without constant supervision.

+ Prior experience in facilities maintenance is preferred, but training will be provided for some aspects.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

+ Basic tools and power tools are required (hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.).

+ Must meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50+ lbs and climbing ladders.
