Our client, a leader in HR Demand Operations, is seeking a Workday Systems Analyst to join their team. As a Workday Systems Analyst, you will be part of the US HR Demand Operations team supporting various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong project management capabilities, and a deep understanding of change management in technology, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** Workday Systems Analyst (6-Month Contract)
**Location:** Cary, NC [Hybrid]
**Pay Range:** 85 - 100
What's the Job?
+ Manage and prioritize a portfolio of change requests within the Workday system.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document requirements for system changes.
+ Ensure timely and accurate implementation of changes in Workday HCM and Payroll modules.
+ Conduct thorough testing and validation of system changes to ensure quality and compliance.
+ Oversee release management processes, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating releases.
What's Needed?
+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 6-10 years of experience in Workday project or program management.
+ Proven expertise in Workday HCM and Workday Payroll modules.
+ Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
+ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
