Job Description

Performs assigned tasks and escalates issues during high-volume work activity or escalation-based situations.

Leverages process knowledge and best judgment to complete next task without direct supervision.

Coordinates, prepares, and executes incoming/outgoing deliveries (e.g. purchase order [PO] receiving, Rack Movement Supervisor [RMS] activities).

Ensures complete and detailed physical inventory tracking and staging.

Performs inventory cycle audits, data corrections, and various Data Center regulatory compliance or certification control audit activity.

Performs material movement, including shipping/receiving and inventory management per standard process.

Ensures detailed physical inventory tracking and staging.

Performs destruction of data bearing devices (DBD) following all documented procedures and runbooks

Salary for this role is between 75-90K

Skills and Requirements

High School Diploma AND 1+ year(s) experience warehouse/supply chain in an information technology (IT) environment, inventory management, retail, warehouse management, or a related field.

Basic understanding of how to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Active Top Secret Clearance Associate degree in computer science or other field and/or equivalent work experience.

3+ years' experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.

2+ years' experience working in a production, mission-critical 24x7x365 data center environment.

Applicable certifications: ASICS/Inventory Control, CompTIA (A+, Server+, Network+), Basic Structure Cabling (BSC), Data Center Foundation Certification (DCFC), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Vendor-Specific Network Certifications. null
