    Job Description

    Day to Day:

    Insight Global is looking for an entry level IT Support specialist to join one of our clients out of Burton, MI. This person will be supporting the automatic storage and retrieval systems. About 60% of responsibilities involves implementing workstations and 40% traditional IT support for printers, PCs, etc. This specialist will be onsite 5 days a week in the warehouse environment and some local travel will needed.

    Compensation:

    $20/hr to $22/hr.

     

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

     

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.     Skills and Requirements

    Must haves:

    1+ years of experience of end user support

     

    Experience with Cisco networking/switches

     

    Experience with Windows OS

     

    Experience with basic troubleshooting of printers, PCs, etc.

     

    Experience in a warehouse/manufacturing/plant environment

    Associates degree or equivalent experience null
