Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an Assembly Technician to join their team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be part of the operations department supporting the assembly team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Assembly Technician
**Location:** Alpharetta, GA
**Pay Range:** Competitive wages starting at $18.90/hour for 1st shift and $20.41/hour for 2nd shift
What's the Job?
+ Follow documented procedures to perform safe and defect-free assembly and adjustment of parts and components.
+ Leverage lean manufacturing concepts to support continuous improvement and waste elimination.
+ Use industrial power tools for assembly and lifting devices to move heavy components.
+ Perform repetitive operations while maintaining a high level of quality.
+ Work overtime as needed to support business needs.
What's Needed?
+ At least 3 months of previous work experience in a relevant field.
+ Willingness and ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
+ Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
+ Experience in industrial assembly or manufacturing is a plus.
+ Continuous work history with progressive movement is preferred.
