Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing and packaging industry, is seeking a **Lab Technician** to join their team in **Delhi.** As a Lab Technician, you will be part of the Quality Control department supporting the overall quality assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization.

**Job Title:** Lab Technician

**Location:** Delhi Township, OH

**Pay Rate:** $24.00 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Perform all required quality control testing of raw materials and manufactured products according to specifications and quality control standards.

+ Ensure lab equipment is in proper working order and within calibration on a daily basis.

+ Assist the Quality Supervisor in timely preventive maintenance as scheduled.

+ Participate in internal audits, ensuring quality process controls and statistical data collection.

+ Document any raw material non-conformances and report to the quality supervisor.

What's Needed?

+ 2 years of experience working as a lab technician or a college student with a science focus.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

+ Willingness to stand for extended periods during shifts.

+ Commitment to meet all training schedule requirements and lab-specific training.

+ Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
