Our client is seeking a Logistics Analyst to join their team. As a Logistics Analyst, you will be part of the Transportation Management team supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Logistics Analyst

**Location:** Charlotte, NC (Onsite)

What's the Job?

+ Analyze data to identify areas for cost and service improvement opportunities.

+ Provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple customer accounts.

+ Utilize transportation software to identify least cost routing and shipment consolidation.

+ Coordinate daily activities to track and monitor delivery status and movement of goods.

+ Communicate effectively with sites to optimize customer service and freight spend.

What's Needed?

+ Experience working in a Transportation Management System (TMS).

+ Ability to work independently and drive productivity each day.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

+ Detail-oriented with the ability to apply training and learnings to daily work.

+ Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
