Our client, a leader in technology services, is seeking a Training Specialist-MS Dynamics to join their team. As a Training Specialist, you will be part of the User Enablement team supporting the Technology Services department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent organizational abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Training Specialist-MS Dynamics

**Location:** New York, NY (Hybrid)

**Pay Range:** $30-$35/hr

What's the Job?

+ Design, develop, and deliver effective training programs to empower employees in using Microsoft Dynamics.

+ Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for HTV employees.

+ Maintain and regularly update a SharePoint site with training materials and documentation.

+ Evaluate training effectiveness through employee feedback and adjust methods accordingly.

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated user queries related to the Dynamics system.

What's Needed?

+ 2-3 years of experience in a training or instructional design role.

+ Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and familiarity with SharePoint and Office 365.

+ Proven ability to deliver both virtual and in-person training sessions.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills for creating clear training materials.

+ Ability to adapt quickly to evolving software features and organizational needs.
