• Production Operator

    Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Production Operator

    **Location:** Horsham, PA

    **Pay Range:** $18.50 - $19.00 per hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform mechanical and electromechanical assembly tasks.

    + Start-up and operate automated and semi-automated work cells.

    + Visually inspect materials for defects and control scrap.

    + Count and record production and inventory as necessary.

    + Follow all environmental and safety procedures while maintaining cleanliness.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Ability to work independently following established procedures.

    + Basic computer skills.

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Ability to read, write, and understand English.

    + No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
