Join our team at the College of Nursing as a Program Coordinator II in the Office of Nursing Compliance and Clinical Placement! In this role, you'll assist the team in management of compliance for faculty, staff and students in the compliance database platform. Under general supervision, you'll work collaboratively with the team to manage clinical affiliation agreements, project agreements, and clinical facility regulations and requirements.     Opportunities to Contribute

    + Ensure Compliance: Oversee regulatory standards and contracts, maintaining the compliance database and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.

    + Train and Develop: Create and deliver training materials, guide students through clinical agreements, and support staff with technical operations.

    + Collaborate and Coordinate: Work with leadership to plan and evaluate programs, build relationships with clinical partners, and assist with budget management.

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

    + Four years of related experience in program coordination, management, or related areas

    A well-qualified Candidate will also possess

    + Five or more years of experience in compliance coordination, management, or related areas

    + One year or more of experience with compliance documentation and completion of agency requirements and reporting

    + Experience with medical provider compliance

    + Excellent public relations skills in electronic and interpersonal communications

    + High level of computer, word processing, and database management skills

    + Excellent organizational and accuracy skills (e.g., maintain accurate and detailed reports and records)

    + Outstanding problem-solving skills

    + Strong skills in time-management

    Some of the Responsibilities Include

    + Compliance Management, Tracking and Reporting: Collaborates with the Associate and Assistant Director, Office of Nursing Compliance and Clinical Placement, and student affairs to set up, implement, and maintain the compliance database platform. Ensures compliance with regulatory, legal, and fiscal standards for clinical learning, faculty practice contract, and outreach initiatives. Works with leadership to plan, implement, and evaluate programs, establish goals, and assist with policies and procedures. Collects, stores, and updates information for preceptors and clinical sites, tracks clinical preceptor forms, agreements, and evaluations of clinical sites. Prepares reports on program activities, manages compliance for faculty, staff, and students, and assists with the setup of new clinical sites and data entry. Serves as a liaison to collect and disseminate information on required training at clinical sites, tracks and reports compliance documentation, coordinates checks and balances and notifies of non-compliance.

    + Contracts Tracking and Reporting: Collaborates with the Associate and Assistant Director to negotiate terms and conditions for clinical affiliation agreements. Develops new clinical learning and educational agreements, monitors existing contracts, and assists with terminating, modifying, renewing, or amending as needed. Ensures agreements are reviewed for compliance with Texas A&M University, Texas A&M Health, and College of Nursing delegations of authority. Prepares and reviews agreements to maintain required documentation for compliance and updates the database of clinical affiliation agreements.

    + Office Support and Other Duties: Collaborates with the team to expand clinical learning site capacity. Participates in student orientation, providing information on the clinical agreement process. Develops, updates, and delivers training materials, and disseminates site expectations to students. Maintains confidentiality on sensitive information and notifies of non-compliance. Serves as a liaison with clinical agencies, supports cross-training, assists with budget preparation and monitoring, and may supervise student workers.
