POSITION SUMMARY:

This role begins in warehouse operations and driving, but we’re not hiring just for today, we’re investing in someone long-term. The ideal candidate brings the aptitude, attitude, and initiative to grow into logistics coordination, operations, and sales.

We’re looking for an associate who can work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position combines warehouse operations and delivery driving. Day-to-day tasks vary based on shipments and customer needs. Ideal candidates work well both independently and as part of a team. Duties include warehouse work, receiving and unloading trucks, staging and loading deliveries, keeping work areas clean, and preparing shipments for UPS and LTL carriers. These duties outline the base requirements, but not the full scope of the position’s development.

Reports to: Operations Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

+ To operate our trucks, you must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. A CDL is not required for this position.

• Ability to lift 75 pounds independently

• Mechanical aptitude

• Ability to squat, kneel, bend, and twist

• Ability to stand on concrete floors for an entire shift

• Ability to climb ladders to access material

• Basic math skills

• Ability to operate or be trained to operate a forklift

• Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in warehousing, shipping, receiving, logistics coordination, operational efficiency, and collaborative work environments is considered a plus.

Working Conditions:

This role involves working in an unconditioned warehouse and outdoor environments, including extreme hot/cold temperatures. Deliveries are made in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain. The position requires frequent heavy lifting (75+ pounds) and extended periods of standing

Essential Job Functions:

• Legally operate a motor vehicle and maintain a company-compliant driving record

• Load all order materials onto delivery trucks and unload at customer locations

• Report vehicle mechanical issues to direct supervisor

• Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance

• Deliver/pick up materials from customers and suppliers promptly and professionally

• Receive incoming freight

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse

Compensation Range:

The compensation range for this position is $20 to $23 hourly.
