**Role:** Housekeeping Room Attendant
Primary Purpose:
Ensure guests have an excellent hotel experience through meticulous preparation and maintenance of guest rooms.
Responsibilities:
+ Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areas.
+ Change and inspect linens and towels daily.
+ Handle confidential guest information with integrity.
+ Address guest complaints and requests professionally, resolving or escalating issues as needed.
+ Perform deep cleaning and preventative maintenance as assigned.
+ Follow safety standards and report hazards.
+ Work as a team to ensure hotel cleanliness.
+ Make rounds to ensure public areas are clean and tidy.
+ Utilize equipment properly and report any damage or theft.
+ Perform any other duties required to fulfill the primary purpose of the position.
Qualifications:
+ **Experience:** Housekeeping experience desirable.
+ **Skills:** Attention to detail, good time management, effective communication, friendly personality.
+ **Physical:** Able to stand and/or walk for extended periods, lift and carry loads of at least 25 lbs, navigate tight spaces, and operate cleaning equipment.
+ **Other:** Flexible to work days, mornings, weekends, and holidays.
