About the Role

We're looking for a Commercial Insurance Sales Producer to drive new business development across small commercial and middle-market segments. In this role, you'll handle warm, qualified leads and help business owners get the coverage they need. This is a high-volume, high-impact position where your expertise and drive will directly influence our growth.

What You'll Do

+ Handle warm, inbound leads and conduct consultative sales conversations.

+ Educate small and mid-sized business owners on their coverage options.

+ Sell commercial products: General Liability, BOP, Workers' Comp, Auto, Umbrella, and more.

+ Develop and manage a personal pipeline to meet individual sales goals.

+ Document conversations and manage follow-ups using CRM tools.

+ Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

+ Partner with internal teams for seamless client onboarding.

+ Participate in ongoing training and development.

What You Bring

+ 2+ year of sales or customer service experience (insurance preferred).

+ Active P&C license (required for hire).

+ Understanding or interest in commercial lines insurance.

+ Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.

+ CRM/sales platform experience (e.g., Salesforce).

+ Bank Knowledge a plus

+ High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred).
