Lake Ridge Care Center, a 5-star rated senior care campus, is hiring Full-Time or Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs) to join our team. We offer generous benefits and up to a $10,000 Bonus!

There are Full-Time and Part-Time benefit eligible positions working varied schedules including every other weekend.

Full-Time Day or Evening Hours: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm; 2:00 pm to 10:00pm

Part-Time, Evening Hours: 2:00pm to 6:00pm

Pay Range: $28.41 - $36.29 / hour depending on experience

Full-Time is eligible for a $10,000 bonus. Part-Time is eligible for a $7,500 bonus.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsibilities:

+ Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.

+ Works to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.

+ Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.

+ Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.

+ Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.

+ Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.

+ Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) skills and requirements:

+ Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have current MN Nursing license.

+ Current BLS certification required.

+ Must have strong communication and organizational skills.

+ Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
