QUALIFICATIONS

+ High school diploma or equivalent **OR** at least six months of related experience/training

+ Ability to read a tape measure

+ Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift/move up to 50 lbs

Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired, but not required. Do you have a passion for building? Are you attentive to safety? Would you like to play an important role in building outstanding manufactured housing for our customers? If so, you may be perfect for this manufacturing position!

**FLSA Status:** Non-exempt

**Summary** Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

+ Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.

+ Keeps area neat and clean.

+ Read and use a tape measure

+ Read blue prints and orders

+ Communicate well with coworkers

+ Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools

Competencies

+ Must have a strong work ethic - consistently arrive on time and per scheduled shift - **EVERY DAY**

+ Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically

+ Must understand safety procedures

+ Must have good teamwork skills
