Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Ensure all work is performed according to safety standards with a focus on quality customer service

+ Perform manual labor and utilize hand and power tools such as trimmers, pole saws, jackhammer, concrete saw, drills, shovels, etc.

+ Perform skilled equipment operations

+ Perform preventative maintenance on equipment

+ Operate light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks and equipment

+ Perform work in various conditions and environments, including exposure to the outdoors and insects

+ Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

+ Experience working in civil construction

+ Experience operating hand and power tools and equipment such as shovels, drills, and measuring tapes

+ Skilled in operating and maintaining light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks and equipment including excavators and skid-steers

+ Basic computer skills

+ Experience installing fencing is preferred

+ Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check; CDL license is a plus

+ Must be motivated, willing to work as a team, and willing to learn

+ Must be able to push and carry 50-70 pounds

+ Must be able to work in all outdoor weather conditions

+ Ability to pass a criminal background check

Physical Requirements:

+ Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time

+ Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas

+ Must be able to lift, push, and carry 50 – 70 pounds

+ Must be able to work in various conditions, including but not limited to extreme heat and cold

Additional Requirements:

+ Must be able to work Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 5:00PM; additional work, including on-call, may be required

+ Must maintain a satisfactory background record
