    Description

Amazon Freight is building a disruptive transportation product with the vision of redefining shipping for its customers. The goal is to develop easy-to-use, reliable and transparent transportation services that raise the customer experience bar relative to all existing shipping alternatives. This will include having firm timelines with stakeholders and working backwards from the end goal.

Main areas of ownership include: (1) partnering with internal Amazon teams on best practices, (2) building mechanisms that enable best-in-class shortage tracking, (3) conducting analyses to determine root cause, and (4) scaling mechanisms to drive a reduction in Amazon Freight's network shortage and time to detect shortage.
