Hunton Distribution, a division of Hunton Group in Houston, TX (www.huntongroup.com), has a new and exciting opportunity for you to join our organization as an HVAC Light Commercial Unit (LCU) Equipment Estimator. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying customers' needs, estimating, and accurately quoting LCU projects. Responsibilities:

+ Determine customers' needs and identify Light Commercial Unit solutions.

+ Estimate and accurately quote projects based on the customer's needs.

+ Responds to customers' inquiries, questions, or complaints regarding products or services.

+ Receive and process customer orders with SalesPad.

+ Enter new projects into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

+ Monitor that projects are completed promptly.

+ Distribute completed projects to contractors.

+ Enter factory worksheets into ComfortSite (Trane).

+ Coordinate with logistics to ship orders.

+ Support Outside Sales and other departments as needed.

Skills Required:

+ Excellent customer service skills.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.

+ Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus.

Education and/or Experience Required:

+ An associate's degree is a plus but not required.

+ 1-5 years of customer service or equivalent experience preferred.
