Description We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to oversee operations and build strong relationships with our Lottery customer in Duluth, Georgia. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead day-to-day activities, manage teams, and drive initiatives to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Deputy General Manager to oversee daily operational functions and ensure seamless execution.

• Act as the primary liaison between the company and the customer, fostering open communication and partnership.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to align with the project’s objectives and corporate vision.

• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial goals and monthly objectives are met.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders to support the success of the project.

• Anticipate and address client needs by planning proactively and communicating clearly.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements, and state regulations.

• Lead and motivate a team of exempt and non-exempt employees, promoting a high-performance culture.

• Establish trust and a strong working relationship with the Lottery client through effective collaboration. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• At least seven years of experience in administrative or managerial roles.

• Minimum of two years of experience in managing teams.

• Background in lottery or slot management is preferred.

• Familiarity with government affairs is an asset.

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
