Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Lease Administration Specialist to support a regional portfolio of approximately 400 records. The successful candidate will manage lease-related financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and serve as a liaison between landlords and tenants. A background in lease administration, accounts payable/receivable, and basic accounting is essential.
WKey Responsibilities:
+ Manage a portfolio of ~400 lease records
+ Process rent payments and supplemental/expedited payment profiles
+ Review and reconcile variance and aging reports
+ Address and resolve open queries
+ Track operating expenses in coordination with the Financial Analyst team
+ Monitor and log wire transfers and security deposits
+ Maintain detailed notes and documentation
+ Serve as the main point of contact for landlord/tenant relationship issues
+ Utilize lease management software to update and maintain accurate records
+ Prepare lease abstracts and financial reports
+ Conduct annual operating expense reconciliations
+ Support audit tracking based on lease requirements
+ Generate and distribute standard and ad hoc reports
+ Assist in financial analysis related to AR/AP, rent rolls, and budgets
Requirements
Qualifications:
Required:
+ 2–3 years of experience in lease administration, property management, or accounting
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Understanding of AP/AR processes and basic accounting principles
+ Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
+ Ability to analyze and solve problems in standard work situations
Preferred:
+ Experience with lease management systems (e.g., Co-Star, Salesforce)
+ Advanced Excel and reporting skills
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Real Estate

+ Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure

+ Advanced Excel and data reporting experience
