Description We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to guide the design and development of innovative digital banking and mobile platform solutions. This role is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and will focus on creating scalable, secure, and customer-centric systems while ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead impactful technology initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive solution architectures for digital and mobile banking platforms, including online banking, mobile applications, and payment systems.

• Ensure that all designs align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and enterprise architecture standards.

• Collaborate with product teams to analyze functional and technical requirements, translating them into actionable designs.

• Lead assessments of vendor solutions and provide recommendations for in-house development or third-party integrations.

• Define and implement integration strategies for mobile applications, core banking systems, and third-party APIs, such as FedNow and Zelle.

• Maintain architectural governance and ensure proper documentation and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

• Promote cloud readiness and incorporate DevSecOps practices into the design of secure mobile banking solutions.

• Partner with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing infrastructure. Requirements • A minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years of expertise in solution architecture for digital banking and mobile platforms.

• Strong knowledge of retail banking products, mobile application architectures, and customer authentication processes.

• Hands-on experience with technologies such as native iOS/Android development, microservices, and middleware platforms like MuleSoft or Apigee.

• In-depth understanding of security protocols, compliance standards, and fraud prevention strategies within mobile banking.

• Proven ability to integrate core banking systems with third-party fintech APIs.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with cloud technologies, API development, and agile methodologies such as Scrum. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
