Job Title: Part-Time Microsoft Trainer (Remote)

Duration: Temporary, Part-Time (2 days/week initially, ramping up to 4–5 days/week)

Start Date: ASAP – Interviews via Microsoft Teams

Overview:

A leading organization is seeking a part-time Microsoft Trainer to support an upcoming email migration to Azure/Exchange Online. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for a skilled trainer who is comfortable delivering technical training and providing end-user support. As the project progresses, the time commitment will increase.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Deliver remote training to IT staff and end users during the transition to Microsoft Exchange Online

+ Support system rollout for approx. 400 users, including phased training (100 users per batch)

+ Train users on Outlook login, mobile email setup, and MFA configuration (Microsoft Entra)

+ Assist with mailbox administration and Azure-based user management

+ Respond to Tier 1 user support tickets and calls during the migration

+ Collaborate with a lean IT team to ensure smooth adoption of Office 365 services

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

+ Proven experience delivering remote Microsoft training, particularly in Exchange Online / Office 365

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills

+ Familiarity with Azure, Microsoft Entra (MFA), and mobile device email configuration

+ Experience supporting email migrations and phased rollouts

+ Bonus: IT administrative experience and willingness to handle end-user support

Interview Process:

+ 1 remote interview via Microsoft Teams with the IT Director
