    Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Auburn, Washington. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to contribute to a dynamic team. The role combines hybrid work flexibility with engaging responsibilities in accounts receivable management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to accounts receivable.

    • Investigate and reconcile discrepancies in customer accounts, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.

    • Process payments, including cash applications, credit card refunds, and transactions through platforms like Versapay and PayPal.

    • Monitor short payments and billing discounts to ensure proper handling.

    • Conduct account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

    • Support the setup of new customer accounts and credit evaluations.

    • Utilize software tools such as NetSuite and Microsoft Excel to manage accounts receivable functions.

    • Participate in training sessions and demonstrate a willingness to learn new systems and processes.

    • Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve accounts receivable operations. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts receivable management, including account reconciliations.

    • Familiarity with credit evaluations and new account setup processes.

    • Proficiency in using NetSuite and Microsoft Excel for accounting functions.

    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

    • Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues effectively.

    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.

    • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to asking questions.

    • Background in financial software systems such as ERP or CRM platforms.
