Description We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This Contract position requires a strong background in estate planning, probate, elder law, and corporate transactions. The ideal candidate will excel in drafting legal documents, managing cases, and supporting attorneys in delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, living wills, and escrow agreements.

• Support corporate transactions by assisting with the formation and management of corporate entities.

• Conduct legal research to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Draft and review legal documents related to probate and estate administration.

• Manage case files effectively using case management software.

• Coordinate billing functions and ensure timely processing of invoices.

• Maintain and organize calendars to schedule meetings, deadlines, and court appearances.

• Collaborate with attorneys on probate litigation and elder law matters.

• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to address inquiries and provide updates on case progress. Requirements • Proven experience in estate planning, probate, elder law, and corporate transactions.

• Proficiency with case management software and billing systems.

• Strong ability to draft and review legal documents with attention to detail.

• Solid understanding of probate law and estate administration processes.

• Exceptional organizational and calendar management skills.

• Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions.

• Legal research skills with the ability to analyze and apply findings.

• Familiarity with corporate trust and escrow agreements.
