    Description

    A growing consulting and professional services firm is looking for a Marketing Specialist to support several industry groups with events, marketing communications, brand awareness and strategy. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and make a visible impact!

    Main Responsibilities:

    - Pursue and coordinate event, sponsorship, speaking and networking opportunities

     

    - Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and senior leadership to translate growth goals into marketing tactics and deliverables aligned to the teams' marketing and brand strategies

     

    - Execute marketing communications to drive awareness and generate leads, including advertising, email marketing, digital marketing, webcasting and media relations

     

    - Support effective marketing messaging across mediums, including website, collateral and proposal content

     

    - Use CRM and other technology tools to execute marketing programs as well as analyze and report on results

     

    - Support marketing budget management

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    - 5+ years of relevant experience

     

    - Bachelor's degree

     

    - Experience with planning events, project management, and/or product management

     

    - Comfortable having strategy conversations with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and collaborating across multiple departments

     

    - Organized with excellent communication skills

     

    - The ability to take information and goals and put them into effective marketing strategies

     

    - Strong in Microsoft Office 365, especially PowerPoint and Excel

     

    - Experience with SharePoint and CRMs is preferred

     

    This is a six month contract remote role working primarily on PST hours. The applicant must live in one of the following areas: Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Woodland Hills, El Segundo, Pasadena, Orange County, San Diego, Denver, Dallas. A background check is required.
