Robert Half HR Solutions is currently recruiting for a contractor Benefits Manager to support our client in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. This is a contract position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has a strong attention to detail. If you excel at managing benefits programs, working with large data sets, and have advanced Excel skills, we encourage you to apply. The ideal candidate will be able to start immediately and will have limited time away from the engagement through Labor Day weekend. This client has a high volume of employees with regular turnover - there will be heavy usage within Excel to manage this amount of information. Only candidates who have superior capabilities in Excel should apply.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other offerings.

• Audit and analyze large volumes of data daily to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Collaborate with a team of HR professionals and benefits specialists to streamline processes and maintain efficiency.

• Utilize advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas, to manage and report on benefits data.

• Provide support for employee inquiries related to benefits, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.

• Document and maintain detailed records of benefits-related activities and communications.

• Work closely with various departments to address benefits needs for a diverse employee population.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards in benefits administration.

• Conduct regular reviews of benefits processes and recommend improvements for enhanced efficiency.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in benefits management or a similar role.

• Proficiency in ADP systems, including ADP Workforce Now and ADP HRB.

• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
