    Are you an organized, resourceful, and discreet professional with a passion for supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment? A growing organization is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to assist its executive leadership team, which consists of the CEO, CFO, and a senior business leader. This pivotal role requires a proactive individual who excels at managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling sensitive communications – all while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring adaptability and sound judgment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Efficiently manage calendars, travel arrangements, and deadlines for C-level executives.

    + Oversee incoming communications, draft responses, and prioritize issues requiring attention.

    + Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-up documentation.

    + Coordinate logistics for both internal and external meetings, such as securing venues, arranging catering, and ensuring technology needs are met.

    + Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

    + Track and manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.

    + Assist with assigned special projects, presentations, and executive reports.

    + Serve as the main point of contact for high-level internal and external stakeholders.

    + Maintain and organize executive records and files to ensure efficiency.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum of 5 years of experience providing senior-level administrative support, preferably in a corporate setting.

    + Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

    + Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

    + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom).

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    + A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues before they arise.

    + Experience in balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.

    + A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
